Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Revy Upcycling, a marketplace for one-of-a-kind upcycled clothing and objects. By browsing, creating an account, saving a piece, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. Who operates Revy

Revy Upcycling is operated by Excelsior Digital, an individual business, 44 avenue Jean-François Raclet, 69007 Lyon, France. SIREN 829 149 400 · SIRET 829 149 400 00022 · VAT number FR00829149400 · contact@excelsior-code.fr.

2. Revy as a marketplace

Revy presents pieces made or supplied by independent makers. Revy provides the catalogue, search, account, wishlist, checkout, payment and order-status interfaces. Product descriptions, images, availability, lawful sale, preparation and dispatch remain the responsibility of the relevant maker or partner.

A product page may identify a maker and may link to an external shop. If an item is sold outside Revy checkout, the external shop’s own terms, privacy policy and payment process apply.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service lawfully. You may browse as a guest; an account is required for features such as saved pieces and order history.

You must not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, scrape or reproduce the catalogue at scale, submit unlawful content, or use Revy to infringe another person’s rights.

4. Orders and payment

Adding a piece to a bag does not guarantee its availability. An order is accepted only after checkout is completed and Revy or its payment provider confirms the payment. Unique pieces may become unavailable before payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Revy does not store complete card numbers or CVV codes. Prices, currency, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout.

5. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery timing and charges are shown at checkout or in the order flow. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the affected amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract. Contact contact@excelsior-code.fr with your order number if you need to exercise a right or report a problem.

6. Product information and upcycling scores

Revy and its makers aim to describe each piece accurately, including its materials, condition, dimensions and upcycling story. Colours may vary by screen. The Revy Upcycling Score is an informational assessment based on maker-provided information; it is not a guarantee of environmental performance or a certification.

7. Intellectual property

The Revy name, interface, editorial content, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial shopping and may not copy, republish, resell or systematically extract its content without permission. Makers retain rights in their own product content, subject to the licences needed to display it on Revy.

8. Liability and changes

Revy is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, payment-provider outages or a maker’s failure to fulfil an order, without limiting mandatory legal remedies. We may update these terms when the service or law changes; the version shown on this page applies from its stated update date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may use any mandatory court or alternative-dispute-resolution rights available in their country of residence. For questions or complaints, contact contact@excelsior-code.fr.
