These trousers started life as a pair of vintage suit trousers, sourced from a second-hand market in Strasbourg. The original garment was carefully deconstructed at the seams, and the fabric — a fine virgin wool with a subtle check pattern — was re-cut into a relaxed, unisex silhouette. The balloon or flared shape is achieved through a modified hem and elasticated waist. The piece is finished with a border of Calais lace, a deadstock luxury trim, and a tiny key-holder pouch sewn into the waistband. Each pair is individually numbered; this is N°210.
