Email contact@revy-upcycling.com. We reply within two business days, Monday to Friday, in English, French or Spanish.

Include the email address on your account and, where relevant, the piece or maker involved, so we can help without a second round of questions.

You can browse Revy without an account. An account lets you save pieces and organise them into collections, kept in sync across your devices.

To change your email address or password, open the Account tab. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will help you recover access.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the Revy app: open the Account tab, scroll to “Delete account”, and confirm. This permanently removes your account, your saved pieces and your collections, and it cannot be undone.

If you cannot reach the app, email contact@revy-upcycling.com from your account address and we will carry out the deletion for you.

Revy is a discovery marketplace. Every piece is sold by its maker on the maker’s own shop, and the button on a product page opens that shop. Payment, delivery, cancellation and returns are handled there, under the maker’s own terms.

If a link is broken or a listing looks wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove it.

Write to contact@revy-upcycling.com to report a broken link, an inaccurate listing, a suspected intellectual-property issue, or a security concern. For intellectual-property reports, include the piece concerned, the right you hold and your contact details.
